Your Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor assigned team members to ensure the production of components, products, and systems that adhere to established quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) standards.
  • Oversee production operations to guarantee that products fulfill all specifications and meet agreed-upon KPIs.
  • Assess manufacturing priorities to align with weekly production plans and allocate tasks accordingly.
  • Manage personnel activities, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and safety protocols.
  • Supervise routine equipment setup and maintenance, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Develop and refine operational instructions and procedures to drive improvements in QCD.

Your Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include a 2-year technical degree; however, relevant on-the-job experience with Schaeffler will be considered.

· A minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent experience in manufacturing is desirable.

· Experience as a multi-skilled operator within your area of expertise is essential.

· Strong understanding of production processes, measurement and inspection protocols, as well as production planning and control.

· Proficiency in MS-Office and SAP is required.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with others and utilize persuasive skills to achieve objectives.

· Familiarity with computer applications is necessary.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts are crucial.
