Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that all cash drawer contents are counted and balanced prior to opening.
2. Maintain an organized and tidy cash handling area.
3. Keep accurate records of voids and over-rings.
4. Process payments accurately for each transaction.
5. Confirm that payment is received for every item sold.
6. Uphold a clean and orderly work environment.
7. Assist with closing procedures as required.
8. Foster a friendly team atmosphere with a strong emphasis on guest service.
9. Stock and replenish fruit bins, candy baskets, chip stands, and other necessary items.
10. Contribute to team efforts by participating in job sharing, ensuring the cleanliness of the facility, and promoting guest and employee safety; engage in safety meetings and embrace diverse tasks while maintaining a positive demeanor in all interactions.
Performance Expectations:
Meet the service level objectives and departmental goals as outlined by your supervisor and operational plans.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with one to three months of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
