About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities. This includes maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness, as well as ensuring the proper functioning of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filtering oil fryers daily
  • Maintaining outside grounds
  • Clean equipment, lobby, stock rooms, restrooms, kitchen area, front counter area, and crew area
  • Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
  • Take out and empty trash compactor
  • Change light bulbs
  • Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Requirements:

  • Able to lift 25 lbs
  • Report to each shift on time and ready to work
  • Report to all shifts wearing a neat and clean uniform
  • Follow food safety procedures according to company policies, health, and sanitation regulations
  • Be willing to be cross-trained and flexible in your schedule
  • Interact pleasantly and courteously with each customer and greet every customer with a smile
