Experienced Maintenance Technician Wanted

We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our team at ABCO Facility Maintenance. As a commercial facility maintenance company, we provide top-notch maintenance and repair services to properties in the Tri-State area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repair work on commercial properties
  • Work with little to no guidance and be reliable with a proven track record of employment
  • Be tech-savvy and comfortable working with computers and mobile devices
  • Have a clean, valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history
  • Be available to rotate weekend on-call duties

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in 3 or more of the following skilled trades: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, and carpentry
  • Must have off-street parking and a company vehicle with commercial plates (not required for Staten Island or Upstate NY locations)

Benefits:

  • $30+ per hour depending on experience
  • Weekly compensation

  • Remote opportunity with a company vehicle (for all locations other than Staten Island and Upstate NY)
