About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, and cleaning equipment and facilities.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
  • Assist with maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
