As an independent contractor clinician, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based treatment to patients via telephone or video. Our team is dedicated to empowering minds and transforming lives, and we're looking for like-minded professionals to join us.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for adult and adolescent mental health patients.
- Collaborate with a healthcare team to provide patients with outpatient tele-mental health therapy services via video and phone communication channels.
- Develop and maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical records and reports.
- Interview patients to assess their needs and develop response plans.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and other activities as deemed appropriate by leadership.
- Meet or exceed clinical quality and patient care standards, adhering to department policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state health information privacy laws.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2+ years of non-supervised independent practice experience in a clinical setting.
- Master's degree or higher in social work from a graduate school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
- Successful completion of training hours under the supervision of a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Certification as a LICSW or LCSW.
- Current licensure for independent clinical practice as a LICSW or LCSW from any of the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia.
- Experience with empirically supported psychotherapy for PTSD, depressive, and anxiety disorders preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering high-quality mental health care.
- Ability to provide individual and family therapy preferred.
- Strong working knowledge and background in psychotherapy.
- Excellent communication, planning, and conflict resolution skills.
- Attention to detail and timely presentation to patient appointments imperative.
- Willingness to become licensed in additional states as required and funded by the Company.
