We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses, and achieve their goals for optimal health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs.
- Implement and execute treatment plans, using a variety of techniques and modalities, including therapeutic exercise, joint mobilization, and modalities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and patient support systems to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems on proper techniques and strategies for achieving optimal health and wellness.
- Oversee support staff, including physical therapist assistants, athletic trainers, and physical therapy aides, to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirements in the state of practice.
- Valid CPR license.
- Experience with EMR software preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills.
