About the Role

This full-time Patient Advocate Assistant position offers a competitive salary range of $40,009-$65,319 per year, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be based in Murfreesboro, TN, and will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

As a Patient Advocate Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient advocacy services, including assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery. You will work closely with licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess a minimum of 6 months of general experience or completion of an intensive, specialized training course in nursing assistance. A valid nursing assistant certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
