We are seeking a highly skilled Human Performance Specialist to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our Human Performance Program, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive fitness programs for active-duty Military personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute group training programs to improve physical fitness and reduce injury risk.
  • Collaborate with the Human Performance Director and Program staff to advise on human performance optimization in a tactical combat environment.
  • Design and implement measures and metrics to drive ROI at the individual and small group level.
  • Utilize human performance technology, including wearable devices, biomechanical assessments, and athlete databases, to inform program design.
  • Work closely with Military personnel to understand their needs and develop tailored fitness programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to Commanding Officers and the HP program director on the fitness program.
  • Recommend the selection of high-quality fitness equipment to support program objectives.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including facilities, supplies, and equipment required to operate the Human Performance Center.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working in the collegiate, professional, or Military sector of human and sport performance.
  • Experience with measures and metrics to drive ROI at the individual and small group level.
  • Knowledge of human performance technology and its utilization in program design.
  • Ability to work in a Military environment and obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise, Sports Health, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a Health Science-related field.
  • AED and CPR Certification.
  • National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise, Sports Health, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a Health Science-related field.
  • Master's Degree in Exercise, Sports Health, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a Health Science-related field.
  • National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) Certification.
