As a Continuity Planning Specialist within our Business Resiliency team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization is prepared for unexpected events. This position is primarily based in various locations, with responsibilities that may require both in-office and remote work as determined by management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and risk evaluations for the Business Resiliency Third Party program, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement in contractual agreements.

• Assist in the implementation of the Business Resiliency Third Party program to align with business needs and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee the evaluation, revision, and approval of policies and procedures that support the Third Party Business Resiliency program, encompassing Technology Resilience, Operational Resilience, and traditional Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.

• Direct the design and development of resilience controls for specific business and technology risk management components related to Third Party programs.

• Provide expertise in Resiliency and Continuity risk while collaborating with the Enterprise Third Party Management (ETPM), various business lines, and other risk management partners (such as Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, and Audit).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Third Party Assessments

• Background in Business Continuity (Resiliency) and/or Disaster Recovery, preferably in a First or Second Line of Defense capacity

• Familiarity with Banking or Financial Institution operations

• A technology-oriented background is advantageous.

• DRI Certification (CBCP) is preferred.

Core Competencies:

• Customer Focus: Understanding and prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction in all business decisions.

• Risk Management: Effectively identifying and managing risks associated with business objectives to align with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will demonstrate the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role. A university degree is typically required, along with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience may also be considered.
