Role Summary:

We are seeking a Road Supervisor for our MV Paratransit program. This pivotal leadership position is tasked with overseeing, developing, and enhancing the safety and efficiency of our MV transportation drivers.

The ideal candidate will align with our company's mission and leverage their expertise to help us achieve our objectives as we expand. This role involves managing a team of drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and addressing customer service and safety issues.

The Road Supervisor will work closely with upper management, administrative staff, and drivers to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly oversee the performance of MV drivers during daily transportation operations.
  • Implement and adhere to operational policies and strategic plans to meet performance targets.
  • Keep drivers informed about rules, regulations, laws, procedures, and company policies.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Supervise activities directly related to our transportation services.
  • Ensure all vehicles and equipment are well-maintained, meeting federal, state, county, and company standards.
  • Manage all drivers, including addressing concerns, providing guidance, and administering discipline.
  • Participate in meetings, training, and workshops to gather and disseminate information for effective job performance.
  • Assist with transportation needs as required, ensuring seamless service delivery during peak times or unusual circumstances.
