Job Summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a skilled Centralized Sterile Technician to join our team in Olympia, Washington.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the total health care team by cleaning, sterilizing, and packaging instruments.
  • Maintain inventory and transport supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with patient care providers and Materials Management staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Perform daily routine duties with a focus on organization, time management, and prioritization of tasks.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Completion of Central Service Technician course of study or completion of healthcare organization training program.
  • Central Service Certification or commitment to obtain within one year of hire, as required by location.
  • Minimum one (1) year of related experience preferred.
