Insurance Account Representative Opportunity
Insuranceofeverett is currently seeking a skilled Insurance Account Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through value-based conversations.

Responsibilities:
• Establish strong relationships with customers and provide personalized service to meet their needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with the agent to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive sales and growth.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Work with the agent to identify and participate in local community events that align with our business goals.

Requirements:
• Sales experience and a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
