Position Overview:

The Mechanical Assembly Technician plays a crucial role in the safe and efficient assembly of structural and mechanical components, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Assemble various product components with minimal supervision, adhering to blueprints and specifications while utilizing appropriate tools and equipment.
2. Interpret assembly specifications, bills of materials, and drawings, identifying any discrepancies.
3. Plan and execute the assembly of mechanical parts and units, ensuring proper fitment, alignment, and adjustments.
4. Verify that mechanisms operate smoothly and troubleshoot any mechanical assembly issues.
5. Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
6. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance products, processes, and procedures.
7. Flexibly work in different areas of the manufacturing facility as needed.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

2. High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational education in a related field is preferred, and a combination of education and experience will be considered.

3. Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry is essential.
4. Proficiency in reading blueprints, measurements, and tolerances is required.
