Job Description:
The Automated Distribution Management System Trainer role at Eliassen Group involves creating and delivering effective training solutions, focusing on live class instruction for the client's Automated Distribution Management System. This position requires a balance of both training delivery and content development, with a preference for candidates who can adapt to varying needs.

About the Job:
The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale training rollouts, traveling extensively across multiple states, including Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Florida (all paid/expensed). They will be responsible for creating and delivering effective training solutions, traveling to various operational centers, and working within a team to assess needs and develop solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver effective training solutions, focusing on live class instruction
- Travel 20-40% of the time to various operational centers across specified states, conducting training sessions that may require overnight stays
- Work within a team to assess needs, develop solutions, and create training content and documentation

Requirements:
- Proven experience in both developing and delivering training programs, particularly in a live classroom setting
- Experience in managing and executing large-scale training initiatives, preferably across multiple locations
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, with experience in conducting onsite training sessions that may require overnight stays

Compensation: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour (based on location and experience)
