Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including creating and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including project documentation, time sheets, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on commercial construction projects.
  • AS degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
