Job Summary

This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in engineering and project management. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project risks and issues, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and other partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or project management.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in engineering and project management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • DoD m IAT II certified credentials.
  • Experience working in a DoD Special Access Programs environment.
  • Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System or similar budget tracking system).
  • Experience with Raytheon proposal capture process (development of compliant Basis of Estimates, and White Sheet Development), Estimate at Complete (EAC) process and Engineering Labor Forecasting (ELF) System.
