Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our Test Environment Support Administration (TESA) team at Raytheon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of test equipment solutions, ensuring the highest level of quality and integrity in our test systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test equipment solutions, including design, development, and integration of test systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of test equipment projects.
  • Collaborate with program managers, chief engineers, and other functional management to drive results and achieve program objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to TESA customers, including training and documentation updates.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and five (5) years' prior relevant experience, or an Advanced STEM degree and three (3) years' prior relevant experience.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems in desktop and server environments.
  • Experience with financial reporting activities, including Cost Account Management (CAM).
  • Experience leading efforts as a program manager, IPTL, sub-IPTL, REA, and/or project team lead.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date.
Preferred Qualifications
  • DoD Level II certified credentials (Sec+, CISM, CySA+, etc.).
  • Experience working in a DoD Special Access Programs environment.
  • Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System or similar budget tracking system).
  • Experience with Raytheon proposal capture process, including Basis of Estimates and White Sheet Development.
  • Excellent customer service and training skills, including oral and written technical communications, strong Excel skills, and independent problem-solving ability.
