Job Summary

The Center Operations Supervisor is a key member of the Florida Autism Center team, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the center. This role works closely with the Director of Clinical Operations to deliver exceptional service and support to clients, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception and Access Management: Greet families and team members, answer calls, and manage building access and security.
  • Schedule Maintenance and Communication: Reschedule services, manage schedule changes, and communicate with families and staff.
  • Intake Assessment Scheduling: Support intake assessment scheduling and setup family portals as needed.
  • CentralReach Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data elements in CentralReach, including schedule changes, appointment conversions, and client and staff profiles.
  • Payroll Support: Provide payroll support, including coding and timekeeping compliance.
  • Culture and Team Member Relations: Welcome new hires, support staff with basic needs, and organize events.
  • Center Upkeep and Functioning: Maintain center supplies, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate vendor visits.
  • Reportable Events Reporting: Assist with documenting and reporting reportable events as directed by the CD, DCO, Compliance, or Human Resource.
  • Confidential Document Management: Manage client and team member documents, including intake, authorizations, and insurance coverage support.
  • Basic Tech Support and Inventory Management: Provide basic tech support and inventory management.
  • HR Support: Provide basic HR support, including on-boarding and off-boarding, time keeping, and training setup.
  • Coaching and Corrective Action Documentation: Support the CD with coaching and corrective action documentation.
  • Team Member Certifications and Exams: Assist with team member certifications, applications, and exams.
  • Marketing Efforts and Events: Support marketing efforts and events, including brochure distribution and event setup.
  • Authorization Process Support: Support the authorization process, including payer requirements for TX Medicaid, TRICARE, ESSC, Catalight, RC, and others.
  • Candidate Interview Process: Support the candidate interview process as determined by the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with relevant experience in operations, administration, or a related field.
