KA Recruiting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Technologist/MLT to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified professional with expertise in hematology to fill this full-time, permanent position. As a Medical Technologist/MLT, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform blood tests, such as complete blood counts (CBCs) and differential counts
  • Analyze blood samples for abnormalities and report results to healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate records and data on test results
  • Collaborate with other laboratory staff members to ensure smooth laboratory operations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • AAS or BS degree in a related field, such as medical technology or life sciences
  • Current ASCP certification or eligibility
  • At least 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
