Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Representative supports the business owners and office manager, engaging with customers to provide information in response to service inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Account Management: Set up new customer accounts and maintain customer databases.
- Communication: Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide information and resolve issues.
- Record Keeping: Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Mail and MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Phone Sales Experience: Preferred but not required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing and personable with strong interpersonal skills.

- Customer Service Orientation: Focus on providing excellent customer service.
$15-$17 an hour.
