POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for fostering an organizational culture that values diversity and community engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Leadership: Collaborates with the regional executive team to develop strategies that align with market needs and organizational priorities. Works closely with various stakeholders to achieve performance metrics and regional objectives.

Health Ministry Direction: Provides executive leadership and oversight to senior management, ensuring the successful execution of financial, operational, and strategic plans with a focus on delivering personalized care across various settings.

Strategic Visioning: Leads the development of the organization's vision and strategic plan, ensuring alignment with regional and system objectives. Analyzes community needs to create supportive programs, particularly for vulnerable populations.

Clinical Integration: Facilitates the establishment of integrated clinical service delivery models, ensuring alignment and efficiency within the healthcare system.

Mission and Community Engagement: Cultivates an organizational culture that celebrates diversity and fosters a commitment to serving the community. Engages with local leaders to advance the hospital's strategic goals.

Regulatory Compliance: Maintains a comprehensive understanding of relevant laws and regulations to ensure adherence to ethical standards and organizational integrity.
