Clinical Manager, Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Manager to lead our team of field nurses in providing exceptional care to adult and geriatric clients in Mecklenburg and Union counties.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor a team of field nurses to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, empathy, and reliability.
- Conduct regular supervisory visits to assess client needs and provide guidance to field staff.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of field nurses.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of experience in home health care.
- 1+ year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Oasis experience highly preferred.
- Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience a plus.
