**Job Summary**

USA DeBusk, LLC is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team in a full-time position. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of hydro blasting and vacuuming equipment, and the ability to work safely in various environments.

**Responsibilities**

  • Lead crews in the completion of job duties, providing feedback, assistance, and training as needed.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Maintain general knowledge of Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K) and Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks.
  • Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, familiarizing yourself with necessary equipment to safely complete tasks.
  • Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and relevant safety paperwork.

**Requirements**

  • Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Experience in hydro blasting and vacuuming.
  • A valid Driver License.
  • Pass a Hair Follicle and urine Drug Screen.
  • A valid TWIC card.
  • Pass all required Background Screens.

**Working Conditions**

  • Work at industrial owner facilities.
  • Perform manual labor to complete tasks associated with service lines performed by USA Debusk.
  • Respond to emergency calls 24/7 if required.
  • Ability to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night), both indoors and outdoors.
  • Able to hydro blast utilizing a shotgun.
  • Must be capable of setting up equipment for the job, including lifting and carrying hoses that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
  • Required to work at elevations and wear fall protection harnesses.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces for 4-7 hours per day; stand or walk for long periods.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This salary estimate is based on national averages and industry standards.
