Industrial Vapor Control Specialist

Job Overview
USA DeBusk, LLC is a leading provider of mechanical and industrial cleaning services in the downstream energy market. As an Industrial Vapor Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our clients' facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vapor Control Equipment Operation: You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining all necessary vapor control equipment, including scrubbers, thermal oxidizers, flares, heat exchangers, hoses, and ductwork.
- Emergency Response: In the event of an emergency, you will respond promptly and safely to contain the situation and ensure the well-being of everyone involved.
- Safety Procedures: You will adhere to all safety policies and practices, including the use of personal protective gear, to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintenance and Repair: You will perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on equipment, including manually cleaning, installing, fitting, and repairing valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and other external and internal components.
- Environmental Systems: You will monitor and maintain the operational integrity of environmental systems, including data logging and reporting.
Requirements:
- Travel and Availability: You must be willing to travel for extended periods and respond to emergency calls 24/7.
- Physical Demands: You will work in confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and high elevations, lifting and moving heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Certifications and Training: A valid TWIC card is preferred, and you must successfully complete a drug screen, pre-employment physical, and background checks.
Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
