We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Marketing Specialist to join our team at All Heart Homecare. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in acquiring new referral sources and maintaining long-lasting partnerships with them.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the mission, vision, and values of All Heart Homecare, adhering to its policies and procedures in carrying out duties
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with individual physicians and hospitals to increase awareness of our company
  • Develop and implement programs and special events to increase general public awareness and engagement
  • Prepare materials for statewide distribution, including working with the marketing department
  • Develop and maintain communication processes with statewide partners
  • Provide regular progress updates at team meetings

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel within five boroughs of New York City
  • Previous healthcare marketing experience, with a focus on home care
  • Existing contacts and territorial knowledge of local area and referral sources
  • Self-driven, positive, organized, and strong communication and time management skills
  • Experience in obtaining referrals for private pay patients preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Russian is a plus
