Job Title: Customer Service Representative II

Abacus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative II to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to senior customer service representatives or management as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
