Key Responsibilities- Training Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing team members on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Team Development: Work closely with store leaders to identify training needs and develop customized training plans to support team growth and development.
- Training Coordination: Coordinate with store teams to schedule training sessions, ensure training materials are up-to-date, and track training progress.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular training audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication: Collaborate with store leaders, training team members, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of training initiatives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., education, training and development) preferred.
- Experience: 6 months of experience in a retail or food service environment, with a focus on training and development.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organizational and time management skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds; standing and walking for extended periods; frequent bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Environmental Conditions: Exposure to temperatures below 32°F (freezers), 32-40°F (refrigerators), and above 90°F; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
