We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Heritage Park Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Austin, TX. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and observing intake of food.
- Assist residents with customary daily tasks and respond to their needs in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Contribute to resident care plans by sharing knowledge of their conditions and needs.
- Measure and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
- Report any situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries to the Charge Nurse.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must hold a valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
- Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
The physical demands of this role include standing, sitting, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
