- Assist residents with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Contribute to resident care plans, sharing knowledge and observations to ensure comprehensive care.
- Report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse, ensuring timely interventions and care.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
- Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical demands as outlined in the job description.
