Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Right at Home Peachtree City. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the home care industry or medical office setting, and possess a CNA certification with the ability to see clients in the field on occasion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, and personnel management
  • Interface with caregiver staff to ensure proper caregiver and client match
  • Scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients, scheduling nursing visits, timecard processing, and monitoring of telephony system for documentation completion and other payroll responsibilities as needed
  • Maintain a positive demeanor at all times and effectively multitask in a high-functioning office environment
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience (Associates degree preferred)
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment
  • CNA certification or caregiver experience is REQUIRED, with the ability to see clients in the field on occasion
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours
