Desktop Management
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and peripheral issues as necessary
• Ensure all software applications are current
• Maintain an organized software inventory
• Install new software upon staff requests
• Relocate hardware as required
• Provide assistance with mobile device issues (iPhones, Androids, Tablets, etc.) in accordance with firm policies.
Printer, Copier, Scanner, and Fax Maintenance
• Support staff with performance and production challenges
• Monitor devices for any operational issues
• Collaborate with hardware vendors for necessary repairs
• Assist staff with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) as needed
Telecommunications and Video Conferencing Support
• Help users troubleshoot phone-related issues and coordinate with vendor support
• Set up video conferences and resolve any technical difficulties
User Account Administration for Online Services
• Manage accounts for various platforms including MacAfee Spam Console, Egnyte File Sharing, Westlaw Next, Accurint, LexisNexis, and Pacer
• Provide assistance to the Bookkeeping department with Juris and Equitrac accounts
Internal Account Management
• Oversee Copier Scanning Accounts
Online Presence Management
With approval from the HR Director or Technology Committee Member:
• Publish articles in the news section
• Update attorney and consultant biographies on the firm’s website and relevant legal directories
