Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of previous experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Manager or Supervisor, in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team, motivate staff, and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
  • Knowledge of food production, including menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
