About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Providence Mother Joseph Care Center in Olympia, Washington. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to our patients, working collaboratively with our medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with individual service contracts and as directed by supervisor and/or Registered Nurse.
  • Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care to participants/residents/patients/clients in accordance with individual service contracts.
  • Assist the medical staff and interdisciplinary team in providing care to patients.
Requirements
  • Education sufficient to qualify as an LPN.
  • Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year LTC geriatric experience.
  • 1 year experience as a staff nurse with LTC experience.
  • Supervisory experience with nursing assistants.
  • Experience with an interdisciplinary team.
