Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and actionable management reporting, including comparison of actuals to expected results
  • Produce metrics and leading KPIs to explain earnings, expenses, and capital usage
  • Develop analyses that link business actions, such as portfolio re-allocations, to financial results
  • Liaise with Investment Accounting and Accounting Policy to gain a deep understanding of expected accounting treatment, particularly for complex asset classes
Requirements:
  • Very strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to explain complex topics in a concise and easy-to-understand manner
  • Proven ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships
  • Insurance company accounting experience, including US GAAP and US and Bermuda statutory regimes and accounting for complex instruments
  • Deep quantitative and financial modeling capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience. Experience in insurance, consulting, or investment banking is preferred.

Global Atlantic offers a competitive total rewards package, including a base salary range of $142,222.50 to $270,900.00, annual cash bonuses, long-term incentives (equity), generous benefits, and sales incentives.
