Special Education Teacher Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team at Cambridge Public Schools. As a member of our educational community, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide instruction and support to students with diverse learning abilities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and student success.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, documenting outcomes and adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.
  • Competitive rate of $33-$40+ per hour (based on experience).

Interview Process:

  1. Screening Call: Approximately 10-15 minutes with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
  2. Zoom Interview: A detailed interview conducted via Zoom with the hiring team to discuss your qualifications and fit for the position.
  3. Resume Review: Conducted by the hiring team.
  4. Offers: Typically extended within 24 hours after the resume review.
