Job Title: Contract Hardware Engineer Mid-Level

We are seeking a skilled Contract Hardware Engineer Mid-Level to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a key member of our Engineering Department, you will be responsible for supporting the ASIC/FPGA Design Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture requirements and contribute to the digital architecture, design, and verification using RTL.
  • Recommend and implement new tools and practices for the design flow.
  • Provide guidance to project teams, plan activities, and report status.
  • Work on timing closure, system integration, and overall design optimization.
  • Utilize ASIC/FPGA simulation and synthesis tools such as Modelsim, Synplify, Quartus, Vivado.
Requirements:
  • 6-15 years of experience in ASIC/FPGA design and development.
  • Proficient in RTL coding (VHDL/Verilog), digital circuit design, and simulation.
  • Experience with tools like Modelsim, Synplify, and familiarity with Unix, scripting, and C/C++.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for documenting and presenting work.
