Job Summary

At Della Infotech, we are seeking a highly skilled Contract Hardware Engineer Mid to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing digital circuits, including ASIC and FPGA architecture and design using RTL, timing closure, verification, and system integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital circuit design, experience with RTL coding and simulation in VHDL/Verilog, and proficiency in using ASIC and/or FPGA simulation and synthesis tools. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop digital circuits, including ASIC and FPGA architecture and design using RTL, timing closure, verification, and system integration
* Recommend new tools and practices for continuous improvement in the group's ASIC/FPGA design flow
* Contribute to engineering estimates for new program pursuits
* Provide technical leadership for project design teams by breaking down work, planning activities, and reporting status

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* 5+ years of experience in digital circuit design, including ASIC and FPGA architecture and design using RTL, timing closure, verification, and system integration
* Strong background in digital circuit design, including RTL coding and simulation in VHDL/Verilog
* Proficiency in using ASIC and/or FPGA simulation and synthesis tools
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Unix, scripting, C/C++, and/or Perl
* Familiarity with best practice chip-level verification techniques and languages
* ASIC/FPGA lab validation with advanced lab equipment
* Design for Test (DFT) and manufacturability issues
