Job Description

We are searching for a retirement planning representative to provide personalized retirement planning to the school worksite. If you want the flexibility to create your own schedule, build your career, and work in the comfort of your home, you may be a good fit for this role.

As a retirement planning representative, you will be responsible for conducting pension reviews and retirement analysis with pre-qualified prospects. You will also be responsible for educating staff members on the different types of plans available and empowering them to make informed decisions about their retirement benefits.

We provide the appointments, and you create the possibilities. Our platform is positioned for success in the 403(b)/457 market, and we are looking for a representative who can help us achieve our goals.

Position Requirements

  • Life Insurance License (Required)
  • Must have or willing to obtain life license in the following states: FL, MA, IL, MI, or OH
  • Series 65/66 license (Preferred)
  • At least 5 years of financial services experience
  • Proven and successful sales background
  • Annuity and/or AUM production of at least 5 million over the last 2 years
