Responsibilities of Our Care Team
- Administer medications as prescribed, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN)/(LVN), while maintaining accurate medical records.
- Present medications to patients, ensuring proper ingestion or administering them according to established protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and observe patient responses to medications, promptly reporting any adverse reactions.
- Maintain medication inventory by restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide direct patient care, ensuring safety by identifying potential hazards and responding appropriately to emergencies.
