- Provide exceptional assistance to both retail customers and technicians, addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests promptly.
- Manage the ordering, shipping, receiving, and billing processes for automotive parts.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Receive deliveries and organize parts on shelves to ensure a well-stocked environment.
- Support parts inventory management through systematic bin counts and meticulous record-keeping.
- Follow up on any backordered items to keep customers informed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient workplace.
- Deliver a high standard of service to both internal and external customers.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Experience with Ford dealership operations is advantageous.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Customer-focused with a self-motivated, team-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in automotive parts is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in computer usage and related software.
