Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional assistance to both retail customers and technicians, addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests promptly.
  • Manage the ordering, shipping, receiving, and billing processes for automotive parts.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Receive deliveries and organize parts on shelves to ensure a well-stocked environment.
  • Support parts inventory management through systematic bin counts and meticulous record-keeping.
  • Follow up on any backordered items to keep customers informed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient workplace.
  • Deliver a high standard of service to both internal and external customers.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Experience with Ford dealership operations is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer-focused with a self-motivated, team-oriented attitude.
  • Previous experience in automotive parts is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in computer usage and related software.
