The Site Operations Supervisor collaborates closely with the Project Manager to mentor and guide local branch technicians, facilitating training initiatives directly at job sites while aligning with the company's objectives and vision. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians actively in the field.
- Independently troubleshoot and repair issues as they arise.
- Achieve or surpass productivity targets and aid management in identifying efficiencies to enhance team performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly communicating the services provided and those being performed.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and maintain a positive attitude towards collective goals.
- Ensure that vehicle service and maintenance standards are consistently met.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
- Provide precise and timely documentation of all service activities.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the cable industry is required.
- Demonstrated high level of technical proficiency in industrial weighing and the ability to lead effectively.
- A High School diploma is mandatory.
- Must be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate in group settings.
- Physical capability to frequently lift heavy items.
- Able to perform essential job functions at various elevations and in diverse weather conditions.
- Proficient in the use of various hand and power tools.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a company vehicle.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to identify and plan for specific safety hazards associated with particular tasks.
