We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our growing team at Raymond James Financial, Inc. in Holland, MI.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, account management, and administrative support. The role involves providing high-quality support to financial advisors, clients, and branch staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing a high volume of daily interactions with clients via phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels
  • Processing client financial transactions, financial advisor, and branch office expenses and expense reports
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and files using CRM software
  • Preparing letters, forms, and reports to assist with client servicing and prospecting for new clients
  • Assisting financial advisors with marketing efforts and seminars
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) or more years of securities industry or related work experience
  • Or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
