  • Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that it is a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items, ensuring that they are innovative and appealing to our customers.
  • Train and supervise our pastry staff, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement strategies to improve our sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a pastry or bakery environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team and improving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.

Working Hours:

20+ hours per week, including availability at 6am Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
