Tact Staff is a leading provider of travel nursing opportunities. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Adrian, Michigan.

Job Overview:

  • This position requires 13 weeks of full-time work with 36 hours per week.
  • The shift schedule will be 12 hours.
  • This is a travel nursing opportunity, and the employment type is considered temporary.

About the Job:

We have a unique opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a Level 1 nursery in Adrian, Michigan. As a travel nurse, you will have the chance to gain enriching experiences on a professional and personal level while working in a fast-paced environment.

The unit consists of 8 private rooms for labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care, as well as 2 triage rooms for pregnant patients and 2 rooms for antenatal testing. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:3-4 couplets or moms, and 1:1 for laboring patients and 1:3 for gynecologic surgical patients.

In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and participate in flexible scheduling with weekend rotation. You may be required to float to other units and assist with tasks included in your scope of practice.

Requirements:

  • A valid MI license is required, and you must have it in hand prior to starting the assignment.
  • You should be comfortable floating to women's units within the service line.
  • Micellaneous documentation systems include Epic Stork and Inteillispac.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $80-$120 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This translates to approximately $40,000-$56,000 per month based on a 12-hour shift schedule and 36 hours of work per week.
