Caregiver for the Elderly

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team at the Adrian Dominican Sisters, Inc.
The successful candidate will provide daily nursing and personal care to our retired Sisters, working alongside a team of Nursing Assistants, LPN's and RN's who share a passion for geriatric and long-term care.
No certification is required for this role, making it an excellent opportunity for those with experience in home care, geriatric care, or nursing facilities.
As a member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $19.51/hour, plus a shift differential of $1.00. You will also be eligible for time-and-a-half pay after 8 hours, as well as other incentives.
The work schedule includes 2nd shift: 2pm - 10:30pm, with occasional mandatory overtime and weekend shifts.

Our company provides an enriching and compassionate environment to the Adrian Dominican Sisters in their home at the Dominican Life Center, a nursing/retirement home environment.
We take great pride in providing our Sisters with the best care and environment in their retirement.
About the Job:
You will assist our Sisters with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as administering medications and providing emotional support.
To qualify for this position, you must have experience in caring for the elderly, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and undergo a background check and drug screen.
Additionally, you must maintain a Mandatory yearly (employer paid) flu vaccine and TB test.
