Job Description

We are seeking a Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant to join our supportive team. This role involves providing companionship and socialization, supporting residents in their daily activities, and promoting independence and dignity. You will work under the direction of a licensed nurse, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  2. Assist with medication reminders, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
  3. Encourage physical activity, mental stimulation, and socialization among residents.
  4. Report any changes or concerns to the licensed nurse in a timely manner.
  5. Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care.
Requirements
  • No experience necessary; paid training provided.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
Work Schedule

The typical schedule includes rotating every other weekend and every other holiday. Available shifts include morning, afternoon, and overnight rotations.
