As a newly established facility under a reputable nationwide manufacturing organization, we offer numerous opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.

Security Gate Officers will follow a structured yearly schedule of 4 days on and 4 days off, working 12-hour shifts. The workdays will alternate weekly, and candidates must be prepared to work any day of the week.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting patrols of the premises, both on foot and in a vehicle.

- Monitoring the interior of the office and production areas.

- Ensuring that access points are secured at designated times.

- Alerting emergency services in case of incidents, such as fires or unauthorized access.

- Providing support to fellow security personnel as required.

- Completing daily activity reports.

- Facilitating smooth shift transitions through effective communication with colleagues.

- Assisting in the gatehouse operations as necessary.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong communication skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

- A minimum of six months' experience in a security-related position is preferred.

- Flexibility to work either night or day shifts as assigned by management.

- A willingness to learn and adhere to Carolina Poly's operational procedures.

- The ability to operate a motor vehicle on company property.

- Proficient computer skills.
