About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our restaurants.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests and employees.
  • Assist in the maintenance of restaurant equipment, including oil fryers, and ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Maintain the exterior and interior of the restaurant, including grounds, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out trash as needed.
  • Perform other maintenance tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
