Senior Manufacturing Engineer

ERG Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations at a federal facility site in Indian Head, Maryland.
This is a full-time onsite position that requires interaction and support from ERG personnel at the federal site, as well as from ERG's Chantilly and Arlington offices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in process design, equipment configuration, and process condition establishment decisions.
Responsibilities will include performing engineering calculations, analyzing existing or planned equipment and processes, and preparing technical documentation.
The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders internal to and external to the engineering team.
Requirements include a BS or MS in Chemical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.3 and 3+ years of manufacturing development experience.
